Celebrates Lunar New Year, Holi, Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and Diwali. The Asian Nerds ERG host community events throughout the year such as a partnership with The National Asian American Pacific Islander Mental Health Association (NAAPIMHA).
Celebrates and sponsors special programming through Black History Month, Juneteenth, as well as curated events for community members such as the BNN Kickback, workshops on building generational wealth and healing from residual trauma in the workplace.
Activating allyship within NerdWallet, Nerd Allies hosts fireside chats on topics like Designing for Everyone: Inclusion through Accessibility, developed a resource hub that can be leveraged for self-education, and designs programming on topics such as Neurodiversity in the Workplace.
Celebrates caregivers, parents, and allies at monthly Coffee Chats and annual activations like Little Nerds Week. Nerd Families host panels and workshops on topics relevant to parents and caregivers such as parenting neurodivergent children, leveraging NerdWallet benefits for your family, and managing being a sandwich generation caregiver.
Celebrates PRIDE and hosts quarterly community events, workshops, panels, and volunteer opportunities. Plus the Nerd Out ERG has a partnership with Out in Tech, the world’s largest non-profit community of LGBTQ+ tech leaders.
Celebrates International Women's Day, Women's History Month,and hosts quarterly membership events. Nerd Women launched the InvestHer Program - a professional development award designed to give selected awardees, who are members of the NerdWomen ERG, financial access to extensive professional development opportunities.
Celebrates Hispanic/Latine Heritage Month and hosts monthly community engagement events like a virtual Lotería, quarterly meet-ups, workshops, and panels on topics like Building Financial Freedom for Latine.
Hosts monthly lunch and learn meetings on topics such as self-advocacy, preparing for performance reviews, networking, and more. Each year, they sponsor several members of the ERG to attend the Grace Hopper Celebration - the largest tech conference for women.
